Data collected

Account: email address, name or nickname, preferred language.

Discord, if you sign in with Discord or link it: Discord ID and display name (used to send session reminders).

Coaching: bookings, YouTube VOD links, notes you write, coach notes, team membership, session credits, referral code.

Payments: handled by Stripe. SvkCoaching receives payment status and invoices, never your card details.

Reviews you choose to leave, with the name and rank you enter.

Technical data: connection logs kept by the hosting providers for security.

Purposes and legal bases

Managing your account, bookings, credits, payments and reminders: performance of the contract.

Invoicing and accounting: legal obligation.

Security, fraud prevention and service improvement: legitimate interest.

Publishing your review: your choice when you submit it; you can ask for its removal at any time.

Recipients and processors

Supabase (database and authentication, servers in Europe), Vercel (website hosting, United States), Stripe (payments), Discord (reminders by direct message, United States), Resend (emails, United States).

Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold.

Retention periods

Account and coaching data: as long as the account is active, then deleted after 3 years of inactivity.

Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).

Technical logs: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and set instructions for after your death, by writing to contact@svkcoaching.fr. A reply is given within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website only uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to work: login session, language choice, and remembering that the loading screen was already shown. No advertising or tracking cookies are used, so no consent banner is needed.

Minors

Minors must have their parent's or legal guardian's consent before creating an account or buying a session. A parent can ask for the deletion of their child's data at the address above.
